Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Scheduling Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, maintaining, and upgrading Workday scheduling systems from the ground up. This role requires a strong technical background and expertise in environments with 100+ retail or restaurant locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Workday scheduling solutions tailored to the needs of a large-scale retail or restaurant organization.
Maintain and upgrade existing scheduling systems to ensure seamless operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address scheduling requirements and challenges.
Provide technical guidance and support to optimize scheduling workflows and system performance.
Analyze data and generate reports to support business decisions.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience with Workday scheduling, including building, maintaining, and upgrading systems.
Strong technical background with expertise in scheduling systems.
Background in retail or restaurant environments, with experience supporting 100+ locations.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex scheduling issues effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience with Kronos is a significant plus.
Familiarity with additional workforce management tools is advantageous.
