Chad Macy President

Chad Macy brings more than 20 years of Staffing Industry management and IT Consulting experience to The HT Group, including 17 years at one of the world’s largest HR service firms. Chad and his teams were responsible for over 250 IT consulting projects and managed service wins with high profile companies including The NFL, Dell, AT&T, and USAA.

A proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Chad joins The HT Group with the charge of running the highly successful day to day business while significantly growing the company’s national footprint.

Chad has experience with multiple company mergers & acquisitions, played a key role in advisory committees, taken projects in a broken or start-up phase and built teams that exceeded budget and discovered explosive growth. Chad was an early adopter in the field to integrate systems, people and processes. A love for IT and a passion for general staffing and professional recruiting offices gives Chad an extra edge as he manages operations, builds new processes, and supports his teams.

Chad currently serves on advisory boards for technical colleges & IT conferences, is a judge for CIO of the Year & Business of the Year awards, provides executive and management mentoring, and partners with CIOs and CEOs on business strategy.
