The HT Group Awarded 100 Best Companies to Work For in Texas 2019
Recognized as one of the best employers in the state
Austin, TX – For the second consecutive year, staffing and recruiting firm, The HT Group, was awarded the designation of one of The 100 Best Companies to Work for in Texas. The 100 companies were selected by Best Companies Group, an independent workplace excellence research firm partnering with Texas Association of Business and Texas SHRM, which designed the program to recognize employers in the state that make it a priority to create better workplaces for their employees.
Best Companies Group, which manages more than 50 such programs worldwide, launched its survey in Texas in the summer of 2018. Participation was available to for-profit and nonprofit companies in Texas with at least 15 employees. Companies that chose to participate completed a two-part survey including an overview of the company’s policies and procedures and an extensive employee survey.
