In September of 2018, we met with Mr. Bowen through the Wounded Warriors of Camp Pendleton and DRI Veteran Outreach Program. The Wounded Warrior program has never received direct scholarships to our military veterans to become Certified Business Continuity Professionals (CBCP). This scholarship was at no cost to the government or the individuals. This certification is recognized internationally and can be utilized when these members separate out as they are already trained with tough military standards.
Through strategic leadership and operational excellence, we were able to deliver a certification course to 23 US Marines.
Because of their dedication and experience all of them graduated with a certification and one received an offer of employment within a few months of graduation.
